My Story

Grey Alder is an indie fantasy writer based in Boise, Idaho, where the City of Trees often inspires his imaginative worlds. A lover of diverse fantasy authors, from Gene Wolfe to Tolkien to Sanderson. His short fiction has appeared in Iron Age Media, including contributions to themed prompts such as “The Shipwrecked.” As an advocate for fellow emerging authors, he co-hosts the “Third Person POV” Podcast, an on-air critique group dedicated to fostering communities of writers and offering constructive feedback.
